Tadalco Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business founded by Thomas Daly in 2020.

Operating in Civil and Domestic sectors throughout the Metro, Peel and Pilbara regions within Western Australia.

We specialise in all aspects of concreting and road side kerbing.

Our teams have been working day and night to cover a range of sites that include roadworks, carparks, footpaths, mine sites and private properties. Tadalco has been engaged for minor works through to 12 month contracts within the civil and government sectors.

Amidst the rapid expansion of the fast-paced industry, Tadalco's name and reputation are swiftly solidifying, establishing the company as a go-to choice within the civil sector.

Thomas Daly 

Owner / Managing Director

Thomas Daly's journey began in Summerhill, Ireland, where he discovered his passion for honing his skills in a trade. Through unwavering determination, he initiated his career by networking within the local community at a young age.

He started his first job with one of the largest civil companies  - B A M, this is where he would learn the skills and craftsmanship as a concrete finisher, slip form kerbing and structural concrete.

In 2011 he had his sights on Western Australia to further his knowledge in the trade,

With 16 years of extensive experience spanning from Ireland to Australia, Thomas commenced his professional journey as a concrete finisher, steadily progressing to supervising and managing teams in the field.

In 2020 Thomas procured his first machine marking the inception of Tadalco Pty Ltd. Within 5 months he was recruiting staff to assist with the ample workload as Thomas and the Company were building their stellar reputation. Presently, he holds the esteemed position of Managing Director in a flourishing business, overseeing not only a dedicated administrative team but also two dynamic field crews. With a promising trajectory for expansion, Thomas envisions a future brimming with growth and continued success.

Breigh Reweti

Owner / Accounts Manager

 

Breigh grew up competing in group sports where she would learn the art of teamwork, socialising / networking, setting goals, resilience & perseverance. This gave her guidance to pursue her studies in Certification and Diploma of Business Administration.

She began her career in the South of New Zealand, as a customer service representative, To start molding her conflict resolution, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.

Breigh was then presented with a thrilling new prospect on Waiheke Island in the Hospitality sector, assuming the role of floor manager. Her responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of up to 12 staff members, leveraging her expertise in negotiations, problem-solving, time management, financial management, training and development.

Within 2013 she relocated to Western Australia to further hone her skills in the hospitality industry, this would come with some challenges as she would have to learn the different laws, legislations, regulations and Australian norms. As she wanted to continue to evolve her skills she transitioned to different companies to gain insights into diverse organisational structures and policies.

In 2016, Breigh embarked on the journey of starting her beautiful family, a path that not only allowed her to apply the skills she had acquired but also introduced her to new skills and insights unique to the experience of parenthood. 

Tadalco Pty Ltd was launched in 2020 and Breigh was engaged to assume the role of administration. She would be responsible for all facets from customer service, accounts, payroll, OHS and more. Today she holds the esteemed position of Accounts manager overseeing Tadalco Pty Ltd financials.

Renee Lane

General Manager

Renee's introduction to the intricate workings of business management began in her early years at her family's business, laying the foundation for her future career.

Her professional journey evolved within the administration hierarchy, commencing with roles in reception and progressing through service coordination, accounts receivable, training coordination/administration and project admin. This journey equipped her with extensive skills spanning various aspects of business operations, including accounting, client liaison, internal management, human resources, operational documentation, as well as policy and procedure implementation. This diverse experience enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted dimensions of business management.

Her goal is to help Tadalco be the future name on every ones lips when you think of Kerbing

Alan Daly

Scheduler / Estimator

Alan has 5 years experience in the construction industry in South of Ireland. 

 

Alan relocated to Western Australia to provide support to the family business. He assumed the critical role of Scheduler/Estimator, facilitating the business's expansion and offering valuable industry assistance to his brother.

He is readily available to assist you with all your project requirements at the touch of his finger
